Daphne & Lola will repair, or replace if unable to repair, any item with a manufacturer's defect up to 90 days from the original Ship Date. If the item is unable to be repaired and a replacement is no longer available, a store credit for the value of the item, not including any shipping & handling charges, will be issued. Daphne & Lola will repair, replace or credit at its sole discretion. For repairs or replacements under this 90-day guarantee, you must submit a Claim Form via the link below, within 90 calendar days of the original Ship Date.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, and be acompanied by the original invoice. Items not received in the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be received by our warehouse within 7 Calendar Days of the date the Claim Form was submitted to avoid cancellation of the Claim.
